At AirEly, we place great value on quality and customer satisfaction. Should an item nevertheless fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable solution.

🔁 Returns

You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order .

Conditions for a return:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in perfect condition.

  • Original packaging and labels are present.

  • Proof of purchase is available.

  • Returns due to size discrepancies are generally excluded, as our products are subject to strict hygiene and quality standards. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to offer an alternative solution as a gesture of goodwill.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

🚫 Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

🔄 Exchange & Size Advice

Exchanges are not possible directly.
The easiest way to obtain a different size or variant is to place a new order.

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
