At AirEly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't, we're happy to help you find a solution.

🔁 Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions for a return:

  • The item must be unused , unworn and in original condition .

  • Original packaging and labels must be present.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Important: Please do not return any items without prior authorization – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

📦 Note: For returns from abroad, the delivery time may be longer.

🛠️ Damage & Problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any items are damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at 📩 airelyoffiziell@outlook.com so we can find a quick solution.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Returns are excluded for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift vouchers

  • Sale items (reduced products)

🔄 Exchange

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item and place a new order.

🇪🇺 EU right of withdrawal (3 days)

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 3 days of receipt without giving any reason. The item must still comply with the return conditions: unused , with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

💳 Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
